Community-Led / Community Engagement Sessions at OLA Super Conference

There were several sessions at last month’s OLA Super Conference on the topic of community engagement and community-led service.  Some of the session slides are now available on the OLA website, and links to a couple are below.

The Community-Led Library Model and How to Get Started, presented by the OPLA Community-Led Libraries Committee

Embedded in the Community MPL Style, presented by Markham Public Library Community Librarians

John Pateman was an OPLA Spotlight speaker.  His session was recorded. The video is not yet available, but a link will be posted as soon as it is.  He was interviewed by Erik Boekesteijn during the conference, and that interview is here.

I attended all of the above sessions and took notes.  If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.
